Founded in 2009, Sofar Sounds is an organization that hosts intimate concerts in host cities across the globe. Chelsea O. recently sat down with Randy Devlin-Souter, a local who is bringing Sofar Sounds to Buffalo. Randy talks about reviving the organization's presence in our city, what made him fall in love with Sofar at the age of 12, and so much more.
