Buffalo, NY – A second suspect is now under arrest in the murders of two teenagers on East Delavan Avenue last month.
Johnny Ray McDuffie, and a man who was arrested earlier, Calvin McKoy, were arraigned Monday afternoon on first degree murder and other charges. They're accused of firing 90 rounds into a crowd outside a convenience story. The shots struck and killed the two teens.
McKoy's defense attorney Daniel Dubois says he's been told little about the evidence against his client.
Both suspects entered not guilty pleas at their arraignments and were ordered held without bail.
McDuffie and McKoy face life without parole if convicted.
