Buffalo, NY – Consumer activist Ralph Nader campaigned in Buffalo Tuesday with the Green Party's candidate for governor, Howie Hawkins.
They're calling on the major party gubernatorial candidates to speak out against hefty tax breaks for Wall Street insiders. For nearly three decades, Nader says the state has been returning $16 billion a year in stock transfer taxes to Wall Street traders.
Nader says voters have no right to complain if they continue voting for the major party candidates when there is an alternative such as Hawkins.
