For more than 35 years, the Great Lakes Beach Sweep has cleaned 90 miles of the Lake Erie shoreline. Every September, our volunteer network hits the beaches then gathers at the Woodland State Park. ​

The data you collect during the Great Lakes Beach Sweep is invaluable to the Ocean Conservancy's effort to start a sea change every day; helping them educate the public, business, and government officials about the scale and serious consequences of the global marine debris problem.
