The leader of the Buffalo Public School District is heading into his annual evaluation. WBFO's senior reporter Eileen Buckley met with city schools Superintendent Dr. Kriner Cash to discuss this school year's accomplishments that are changing failing schools. Cash is completing his second year of his five-year contract. Cash tells WBFO News he is committed to staying for the remainder of his contract if the school board and community want his continued leadership. Cash also outlines plans for the next school year, 2017-18, that he said will be dubbed "The Year of Instruction".
