The Buffalo Bills have announced that they have reached an agreement in principle with veteran offensive guard Richie Incognito. This will be the second tour with the Bills for the nine year veteran. Incognito has a reputation for being a dirty player, and he was accused in the locker room bullying and sexual harassment episodes that disrupted the Miami Dolphins roster two years ago.
The Dolphins suspended Icongnito from team activities in 2013.
