Area residents have a new food truck destination to add to their list. The (716) Club House truck, an extension of HarborCenter's (716) Food and Sports, plans to hit the streets soon.
After opening the downtown restaurant this past November, operators decided to take their food on the road. Ron Kubiak, Director of Culinary Operations at HarborCenter, says many of the items are made with locally produced ingredients like Sahlen's turkey.
"It's going to be an incredible, incredible addition to the fleet that's already out there" said Kubiak. "We just want to be a big part of the overall picture."
Kubiak says the truck will be one of the few that operate year-round. Menu items include the ClubHouse Double Melt, made with cheese, turkey and bacon, Fried Bologna Helicopter, Portobello Philly, and Chicken Nacho Hoagie.

"We just really want to be part of the community. We have a lot of people coming down to the restaurant and we want to reach out and get out there and let people see us all over town," said Christian Difiglia, General Manager of Catering and Concessions at HarborCenter.
