The name of the driver involved in a fatal crash in Delaware Park that killed a 3-year-old boy on Saturday still has not been released.
At the crash scene on Ring Road in the park Monday morning, a few dozen yards from the Scajaquada Expressway, Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown said the driver of the car that jumped the curb and killed Maksym Sugorovsky has been cooperative and was released without charges.

"The driver consented to sobriety tests and a variety of other tests that were implemented by the Buffalo Police Department," Brown said.
On Sunday, Governor Andrew Cuomo ordered the expressway speed limit between Route 33 - the Kensington Expressway - and the I-190 be lowered from 50 mph to 30 mph. Brown said he hopes it's permanent.
"Potentially not permanent through the entire stretch of the Scajaquada Expressway, but certainly we would like to see it permanent as the Scajaquada goes through Delaware Park."
The park and the Scajaquada are now separated by temporary jersey barriers. Brown said they'll be removed after the state installs a permanent guardrail.
