Rich Products is celebrating its 70th birthday by hosting a conference with leaders from around the world. For the first time in five years, Rich Products is bringing more than 200 global leaders from six continents to its headquarters in Buffalo for a Global Leader Network Symposium. The event will span two days, July 27-28, and enable leaders to discuss business challenges and future plans at its Innovation Center. They will also spend time visiting 17 non-profit organizations in the community.

The symposium coincides with Rich's 70th anniversary. Rich Products was founded in 1945.

WBFO's Jay Moran talked with Rich Products President and CEO Bill Gisel about the symposium Monday morning.

Monday - Friday, 6 a.m. - 10 a.m.

Jay joined Buffalo Toronto Public Media in 2008 and has been the local host for NPR's "Morning Edition" ever since. In June 2022, he was named one of the co-hosts of BTPM's "What's Next."

A graduate of St. Mary's of the Lake School, St. Francis High School, and Buffalo State College, Jay has worked most of his professional career in Buffalo. Outside of public media, he continues in longstanding roles as the public address announcer for the Buffalo Sabres of the National Hockey League and as play-by-play voice of Canisius College basketball.
