The three-day Lebanese Festival at an Amherst church continues. Hours Sunday are noon to 8pm at St. John Maron Church on Wherle Drive near Youngs Road.
This is the 20th annual festival -- a celebration of Lebanese culture and heritage. Fr. Elie Kairuz says festival proceeds benefit the church.
"It's our main fundraiser," Kairuz said. "We're proud of our Catholic faith. And we share it through food, because we put all our heart and love into it."
Indeed, the food is a highlight of the festival -- traditional Lebanese cuisine, including grape leaves, falafel and spinach pies.

There's also Lebanese music and dance, plus handmade jewelry and other items available in a gift tent.
Kairuz also recognized the dozens of St. John Maron parishioners who volunteer their time to make the festival happen.
