The Niagara County Sheriff's Office is reporting the arrest of a Medina woman in connection with a robbery at a supermarket in Lockport. Felicia G. Horton has been taken into custody and charged with Attempted Robbery in the third degree. The 32-year-old Horton is accused of stealing merchandise from the Tops Market on Rochester Road.
