Bryan Chiclana was charged with two counts of second-degree murder, and one count of first-degree murder, following his discharge from ECMC. Chiclana was transported there under police supervision after cutting himself with a knife when officers arrived to Harmon and Celotto's St. Louis Place home.

A friend of the couple went to their home on St. Louis Place Tuesday afternoon after one of them didn't show up for work. Police say that's when the friend noticed a man in the house with a knife, and called 911.
